1 apple
2-3 stalks rhubarb
1/3 c maple syrup
1/3 apple cider
1 dash cinnamon
1. Dump everything except the cinnamon into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 miniutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add cinnamon and cook for another few minutes until the compote is a consistency that you like. Serve immediately!
